January in Winnipeg... not usually synonymous with weddings, but Bailey and Brett weren't fazed by a few Arctic temperatures! I knew Taylor and I were in for a fun day; their engagement photos were non-stop laughs and the morning started with Bailey letting me run outside with her dress to hang it in a snowy tree 🙂 The first look with her dad was enough to bring me to tears; this man wore his heart proudly on his sleeve and didn't stop showing how proud he was of his daughter, or how much love he had for her, the entire day.
The wedding took place at Fort Gibraltar in St. Boniface, which is always stunning for reception photos! Great food, good music, and some beautiful, emotional speeches that ensured there wasn't a dry eye in the house. An epic love story and a mid-winter party was the perfect way to kick off the first wedding of 2022!
