Sometimes, I get hired to be the second shooter for someone on the team! Dave Swiecicki had booked this beautiful rooftop wedding on a perfect summer's day, and I was lucky enough to join in covering the ceremony and reception. The Winnipeg Art Gallery is such a great venue - the in-house catering is always exceptional, and the variety of spaces is just perfect for photos.
Larissa and Jesse had their ceremony on the rooftop patio under a brilliant blue sky, surrounded by friends and family, with one little boy in tow along with another baby on the way! The ceremony was held during the day, and everyone enjoyed a lunchtime reception. Lots of laughter, heartfelt speeches, and great food, all in a perfect location. I can't believe Larissa agreed to let me lay her down on the foyer floor, fairly far along in her pregnancy, for a creative reflection shot - such a trooper!
