Sara and Shaun’s wedding took place on not only one of the hottest days of the summer, but one of the windiest, too! (Check out all those guests trying to hold the tent down and tie it to the biggest vehicles we could find to avoid it becoming a Wizard of Oz situation!) Taylor and I head out to Sara’s brother’s property near Gimli, MB where we were promised goats – and goats there were! (I swear I’ll have to publish an entire behind-the-scenes album of all our adventures with animals at weddings one day!) The location was absolutely gorgeous, and the ceremony extra special with Shaun’s mum officiating. The theme was rustic, with a purple and navy colour scheme that looked amazing under our prairie skies.
