I absolutely adored being part of Kristin and Morgan’s journey toward their gorgeous wedding day! We met over a year prior when they decided to exchange their engagement session for a family session with daughter Soren (the cutest!). I was so excited to hear about their intimate celebration at Cibo Waterfront Cafe – such a unique venue (and I already knew it had amazing food!). Their wedding happened to fall on a rather interesting October day – the city had been hit with an enormous snow dump the day before, which had left countless people either snowed in or – worse? – without Wi-fi for at least a day, but the day came around and we got to experience all seasons in one day. There was snow, there were blue skies, there were brightly coloured autumn leaves still covering the trees… combined with their beautiful yellow and grey colour scheme, it made for some great photos!
I honestly can’t remember how many times I was moved to tears by these two – their first look was just about the most adorable thing I’ve ever seen, and their heartfelt vows were so absolutely beautiful. Such a genuine, deep connection between these two, and Soren looked as cute as a button in her attire!
