What a beautiful night for an engagement session! I met Jessica and Brett at the historic Kudlowich Homestead in Bird’s Hill Provincial Park (fun fact: once also a spot for a scene in one of my music videos!) for a few shots before heading into the forest for more. I love Bird’s Hill – the soaring skies, the trees that are so much more epic than in the city, the hidden gems of locations, and the way the sunlight illuminates the endless fields during golden hour. Not sure we quite even got golden hour being this close to the solstice, but we had an amazing time and got some gorgeous shots nonetheless! And only one wood tick hitched a ride back. 🙂 Very excited for Jessica and Brett’s wedding!
