What a stunning evening with Kaitlin and Joshua! This engagement session was quite the adventure – an adventure involving myself being swallowed by the ground, and after a valiant rescue attempt from Joshua, losing my shoes to the earth and walking back through the forest in my mud-caked socks and jeans 🙂 (I’d ventured off to scope out the scenery near a downed branch over the water… the shore was pure clay and yes, I went straight down like it was quicksand. Hashtag adventures!) Luckily this was near the end of the session, and we had so many great shots I couldn’t wait to get home and edit everything. These two were so much fun and I can’t wait for their winter wedding this January!
