I was so excited to shoot Cherilyn and Bryton’s engagement session – after they’d booked me a long time ago for their out-of-town wedding, with them not living in Winnipeg, we’d never actually met in person! Spending a summer morning out in Bird’s Hill Park was so much fun – we began at the Kudlowich Homestead (I don’t think I’ve been there since shooting a music video a few years ago!), then moved on to a big field of prairie grass, then climbed trees and traipsed through forests under some gorgeous trees. Their wedding is coming up soon, and I can’t wait to shoot them at what promises to be a pretty epic location!
