The traditional visit with Santa is usually accompanied by long lines and feeling rushed. We give a buffer on either side of each slot so we have plenty of time for even the shyest children to warm up to Mr. Claus and relax. Our Santa is a real-life elementary school teacher, and is a master at getting the kids to feel comfortable, making them laugh, and helping soothe any nerves. Kids with a hundred questions for Santa can finally get answers, since they aren't rushed through a two-minute photoshoot with countless people waiting their turn behind them! 3. Can I order holiday cards through you? Absolutely. We have over 15 years of graphic design experience, and regularly design custom invitations and stationery for our clients - designing holiday cards is one of our favourite things to do! Let us know a quantity and if you'd prefer one image or a collage, flat or folded, and we can make you something beautiful to send out this Christmas! (Minimum order of 25 cards) 4. Do you require a deposit? Yes. Due to the popularity of these sessions, a non-refundable $40 deposit is required to secure your spot. 5. When will I receive my gallery? You should receive your edited images within two weeks of your session. 6. What about COVID-19? We are committed to the utmost safety for everyone during our sessions. With the current pandemic situation, standing in line at the mall may not be an option this year, so we wanted to offer something special to avoid disappointment! We are scheduling sessions with enough time in between to ensure anything touched can be sanitized. Our photographer will have a mask, and if you are more comfortable with socially distanced poses with Santa (or just with your family, without Santa), we can accommodate. Hand sanitizer will be available. Please advise at your earliest convenience if any attendee is feeling unwell, is showing any symptoms, or has been exposed to a confirmed case of Covid-19 - your session will have to be rescheduled. 7. How many people can you accommodate? For photos in front of Santa Was Here, we can accommodate up to five people comfortably. For photos on Glimmer Forest, 2-3 fit best.  If you plan on bringing more than five people, you may require additional time - please advise at the time of booking, as this may be subject to an additional fee. 8. What should we wear? It is entirely up to you! I would suggest avoiding loud neons or clothing with big logos. Complimentary , solid-colour palettes always look beautiful together and don't distract from your happy faces. You could also have everyone in cute matching holiday PJs, or dressed up in their Christmas finest. Feel free to bring any props you might like included, such as Santa hats, stuffies, or books your child might like to read with Santa. Due to the current government advisory on sharing materials, unfortunately we cannot provide Santa hats as they would come into contact with multiple people. The set will however have plenty of non-touchable props and decorations.
