Last year, we were fortunate enough to shoot Will’s brother’s wedding, and I became friends with the bride, Melissa. Melissa was such a sweetheart – she not only loved animals as much as me, but also surprised me with a gorgeous sterling silver necklace!! She also purchased an hour’s engagement session for her coworker and sister-in-law-to-be, and I was thrilled when I showed up for Megan and Will’s session and Melissa was there too! She spent the hour as my assistant, holding fairy lights and light stands, and it was great not only to see her again, but to spend some time with such a cute couple. Megan and Will’s wedding plans are currently on hold due to the pandemic situation, but we got to spend a beautiful autumn evening exploring one of my favourite parks. I love the colours of fall so much!
